Energy Efficiency Grants for Small and Medium Enterprises (Round 2)
A grant of up to $25,000, to cover up to 100% of eligible expenditure. There is a total of $41.241 million available for this grant opportunity.
The Energy Efficiency Grants for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Round 2 will support businesses to upgrade or replace inefficient equipment to improve their energy efficiency. These upgrades will enable industries to reduce their energy use, manage energy cost volatility in the long term and contribute to Australia’s target of a 43% reduction on 2005 emission levels by 2030.

Neighbourhood Batteries Program - 1st Round of Projects Announced
Minister for Energy and Resources Lily D’Ambrosio announced 6 projects will share in over $6 million to deliver 25 neighbourhood batteries across 20 towns - delivering more than 4.2 megawatt hours of new storage capacity.
GV Community Energy were successful in bids for two batteries in Tatura and Wangaratta totalling 216 kWh of storage.
New Victorian homes to go all electric
From 2024, new Victorian homes will save up to $1,000 off their annual energy bills while reducing household emissions, as part of the Government’s landmark decision to phase out gas in new homes
